We are seeking a Business Architect / Solution Architect preferably with experience in the mortgage domain to enhance our business/technological frameworks and drive innovation in our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate would be responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives, priorities, and challenges, translating them into actionable business architecture plans and roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business/technical processes, workflows, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Design end-to-end business/technical solutions that leverage technology to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities, developing architectural blueprints, models, and standards.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and standards that govern how business and technology components are integrated and aligned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business/solution architecture, business analysis, or strategic planning roles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Understand industry-specific requirements and translate these into actionable technology strategies.
- Help design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures that integrate seamlessly with mortgage-related processes.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly as they apply to the mortgage industry, is highly desirable.

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Software Developer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
- Working closely with Senior Developers to develop and maintain new and pre-existing software programs and applications.
- Developing and supporting software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
- Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.
- Supporting testing and deployment of new products and features.
- Participating in code reviews.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Web Development.
- Quick learner and ability to take direction, troubleshoot, and problem solve.
- Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET services
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Experience with CSS3, HTML5, JQuery, modern UI/JavaScript frameworks like React, AngularJS, Node JS, Knockout JS, Bootstrap, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Mortgage, real estate, and/or appraisal experience is preferred.
- Experience with Azure integration services, SQL reporting, etc.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and Architectural patterns like MVC and MVVM.
- Experience working with various repositories (TFS, GitHub), branching, merging, and releasing hot fixes.
- Excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
